QTix (QueueTix)™ is a free queue management app that saves time as it gives freedom to wait somewhere comfortable and send a notification when ready to be served. It also saves money by replacing the expensive and ineffective pagers, call-back services, paper tickets and wait lists. The customers are just a few taps away from getting in the queue (wait list or guest list) and our app helps business owners to control the queues easily and effectively.
All you need is an internet connection and a smartphone or tablet.
For the stores to create a queue (wait list or guest list), simply download the app and create the queue under "ISSUE TIX". Then, display the instructions in the full screen or display the printed store code for the customers to join the queue.
For the customers, install the app and use the store code to search the queue. Then, enter the required details (if any) and press “TAKE TIX” button to join the queue. Alternatively, the customers can be manually added to the queue and notified by SMS.
It takes less than a minute to download and setting up QTix. It is quick and easy, and registering your account is optional.

ISSUE TIX (stores)
The customers can use your store code to get their tix through the app OR
follow the instructions in the full screen and enter their details by tap on “TAKE TIX” OR
you can manually add them by tapping “JOIN” button at the bottom of the page located after tap onto the store name or tix code.
Simply tap on the call/paging button which will send a message to the first customer in line/queue. Otherwise, tap onto the store name or tix code to see the list of issued tix then tap on the call/paging button next to the tix you wish to send a message.
You can notify or send a message to customers as many times as you like but only once every 10~15 seconds.
After the queue is set up, you can press the pause button to stop the queue outside of opening hours and press the play button to re-activate the queue.
MY TIX (customers)
Under the "MY TIX" menu, tap on the "TAKE TIX" button at the bottom and use the store code or scan the store QR code to search their queue. Then, enter the required details (if any) and press the "TAKE TIX" button on the pop up to join the queue.
No, QTix delivers your message to the customer phone through the app only when you tapped send message button. QTix does not store or use guest phone numbers for any other purpose.
